UK: Send payment by sterling cheque made payable to the Pre-1940 Triumph Owners
Club or sterling currency sent by registered mail, together with this form and photos to
J. Quiney, PNTOC, 2 Duncroft Close, Reigate, Surrey, RH2 9DE.
USA and Canada: Send payment by dollar cheque made payable to D. Wood or dollar
currency sent by registered mail, together with this form and photos to local
representative D. Wood, PNTOC, “Failte”, 2915 Lakeside Circle, Grapevine, Texas
76051, USA.
All other EC/Non-EC Countries: Send payment by sterling cheque from a UK bank
account if you have one, OR send cheque in your currency (not sterling) and add £5 UK
bank handling charge, made payable to the Pre-1940 Triumph Owners Club.
Alternatively you may send sterling currency by registered mail OR foreign currency by
registered mail (add 2% exchange charge). For all these methods send payment, this
form and photos to J. Quiney, PNTOC, 2 Duncroft Close, Reigate, Surrey, RH2
9DE, England.
As further alternatives, all UK and EC/Non-EC members may pay by Telegraphic
Transfer or Standing Order direct from their bank accounts. To arrange this, your bank

Please complete the details as accurately as possible. Chassis and engine numbers
should be checked on the car itself; they are frequently shown incorrectly on
Registration Documents or V5 forms. There is often confusion between 'S' and '5' and
also between '1' and '/'. Please give as much information as possible under 'Present
Condition and History', including colour etc. and continue on a separate sheet if
necessary.
